Waterborne Architectural Coatings Equipment

I. Service scope: complete equipment with annual output of 1000-100,000 tons of waterborne architectural coating, customized automation according to customer capacity and process (full automation can be achieved).

Can provide design, equipment procurement and production, installation and commissioning for the whole production line .

II.. Components of the whole production line as below, taking the annual output of 10,000 tons as an example:

a. Raw material storage and feeding system (including partial public works)

1. powder feeding system +metering system

Powder storage tank (adopt positive pressure transportation mode, send tons of packed materials to storage tank for storage, with high and low level alarm, automatically feed to the dispersion kettle according to the formula)

2. Water and emulsion feeding system

Emulsion PE storage tank (ton drum or 200L drum directly into the storage tank for storage, with the alarm of high and low liquid level, automatically add to the stirring kettle according to the formula)

3. Additives charging system

Auxiliary ton drum storage tank (the customer shall provide the ton drum, automatically weigh it according to the formula and add it to each reaction kettle, with high and low liquid level alarm)

Metering scale of auxiliary agent (Rumi special design, suspension structure, high measurement accuracy)

4. Vacuum and Air Compression System

b. Production line equipment

5 m3 dispersing kettle (double shaft, disperser shaft with hydraulic lift)
