Hot Melt Road Marking Paint Complete Equipment

I. Service scope: complete equipment for hot-melt road marking coating with an annual output of 10,000 tons to 100,000 tons, customized automation according to customer capacity and process (full automation can be achieved).

Can provide design, equipment procurement and production, installation and commissioning for the whole production line.

II. Components of the whole production line as below, taking the annual output of 10,000 tons as an example:

a.. Raw material storage and feeding system (including partial public works)

1. Powder feeding system + powder metering system (including positive pressure powder feeding warehouse and lifting hoist)

Powder storage tank (adopt positive pressure transportation mode, send tons of packed materials to storage tank for storage, with high and low level alarm, automatically feed to the dispersion kettle according to the formula)

2. Auxiliary feeding system (positive pressure spray)

3. Vacuum and compressed air system

4. Duster system

b. Production line equipment

Double cone mixer or zero gravity mixer.
