LDH horizontal plough mixer is widely used in various industries of chemical industry, medicine, compound fertilizer, rubber, building materials, food, milk powder, health care products, feed, additives, breeding industry, biological engineering, fine chemical industry, ceramics, refractory materials, rare earth, plastic, expanded and other materials.
Performance characteristics
The plough mixer is mainly composed of the driving part, the horizontal cylinder, the plough component, the flying tool component, the discharge valve and the liquid injection device.
The drive part of the mixer consists of a reducer and a coupling, which transfers the motor's motion into the required speed and torque to the plough shaft.
In the flying knife assembly, in order to prevent dust from entering the bearing, the multi-layer sealing structure is adopted, and the gas sealing device is also adopted.
Discharge valve device in the lower part of the cylinder, for closing and releasing materials, manual, pneumatic, electric can be optional.
If necessary, if need to add liquid, liquid injection device can be fixed on the circumference of the cylinder body, the nozzle using agricultural sprinkler, and spray effect is good.
Working principle
After the mixer is started, the plough rotates around the shaft of the plough, driving the material to make circumferential movement along the simplified radial direction, and throwing the material along the normal direction of both sides of the plough.
When the thrown and circumferential moving material flows through the flying-tool set, it can be quickly and forcefully dispersed by the high-speed rotating flying-tool, which can break the agglomerated material.
Under the combined action of the plough knife and the flying knife, the material is continuously stacked and diffused to achieve even mixing in a short time with high mixing accuracy.
For the materials requiring a solid-liquid mixture, the mixed liquid is sprayed evenly on the compound moving material inside the chamber through the spray device.
