Theinline homogenizer has one or three groups of rotors and stators in the working chamber. Each group can be made to two to six layers. The rotors and stators are precision machined and well matched. The motor drives the shaft rotating at a high speed. Centrifugal force drives the material into the chamber. And through strong mechanical shear in the precision gap between the rotor and stator, the material is pump out to the tank and continually drawn into the workhead. After several circulation, the particle size is reduced, forming a homogeneous, uniform product.
