Description

Overall System Workflow

This system achieves fully automated processing of powder materials from feeding → storage → conveying → dosing, with a fully enclosed design and no dust leakage.

Flowchart:

Ton bag/Small bag feeding → Vacuum feeder suction → Powder storage tank → Dosing tank (weighing) → Piping conveying to downstream usage point.


1. Combined Feeding Station

Overview:  Lift the ton bag to the feeding inlet via electric hoist or forklift, then compress the bag and open its discharge outlet. Equipped with beating and vibrating devices to smoothly discharge materials into the lower hopper.

This equipment is widely used for unpacking and discharging powdery and granular materials packed in ton bags across food, chemical, plastic, lithium battery, new material and other industries.

Function: To feed powder materials from large bags (ton bags) or small bags into the system while collecting dust.


2. Powder Vacuum Feeder

  • Overview: The vacuum feeder adopts Roots blower as negative pressure source. Connected by pipelines, it keeps the inlet of suction nozzle and the whole system under stable vacuum condition. Powder and granular materials are sucked into the nozzle along with air to form material-air flow, which flows through conveying pipes into the feeder chamber for air-material separation. The separated materials fall down into receiving equipment.

  • The vacuum feeder is fitted with multiple sets of compressed air back-blowing devices. These devices blow filters with pulsed compressed air to shake off powder adhered to filter surfaces. The cyclic operation of multiple back-blowing units ensures continuous stable operation of the feeding pipeline.


3. Powder Storage Tank

  • Function: To temporarily store powder from the dumping station and prepare for subsequent dosing.


4. Powder Dosing Tank

  • Function: To accurately weigh the required amount of powder each time and discharge as needed.
