Description

Lab Electrical Lift high speed emulsifier is suitable for low to middle viscosity material. It’s widely used in laboratory, universities and factory for test and experiments. Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed into another or multiple phases to achieve the effects of refinement, homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, thereby forming a stable state of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid dispersion systems.

The structure is simple and easy to use. This emulsifier use servo motor electric lifting and the lifting is stable and and without noise. It adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed. The PLC touch screen is optional. The speed can be displayed on the converter or in the touch screen directly.

The emulsifier can be easily raised and lowered by button or touch screen. With frequency converter, the speed can be easily adjusted according to the process needs.

The vacuum function is optional. The vacuum function helps prevent air entry in the material, which makes the finish product more smoother.
Durable

Use industrial three-phase asynchronous motor, it can run for a long time.
The wetted material is stainless steel 304. And SS316L is optional.
