Description

The triple shaft mixer are designed to mix and blend medium to high viscosity materials. Because high viscosity material has poor fluidity, we choose the machine that integrates blending, despersion and wall scraping together. The triple shaft mixer usually has a high speed disperser, helical blade and anchor blade with wall scraper. According to different process requirements, the triple mixer has various combination forms, such as high speed disperser+homogenizer+anchor blade with wall scraper.

Three independly-driven agitators

The high speed disperser can be designed to go up and down while rotating.

Speed adjustable (Frequency Converter Control);

Jacketed tank, Can be heated or cooled (using heater or chiller);

Contact material SUS304 and 316L are optional.

Airtight, can be pumped vacuum or protected by inert gas;

Applications

It’s suitable for mixing printing inks, sealants, hot melt adhesives, magnetic media slurry, creams, lotions, toothpastes, etc.

Competitive Advantage

High Efficiency

The high speed disperser produce high shear to dissolve the ingredients. It alone has limited area of influence when mixing in viscous material. The low speed helical blade blend and roll the mixture from up and down, the anchor blade push the material to the edge of the dispersing disc, and the scraper sweep the vessel inner wall. Such combination improve the material uniformity and enhance the heat exchange.
