Description

The Double Shaft Butterfly Mixer combines a Butterfly agitator with a High Speed Disperser.

The butterfly mixer is with good radial and axial flow field. The rolling effect is very good and suitable for high viscosity. The mixing effect is better than ordinary blade type. It’s with scraper which can solve the problem of wall sticking and dead Angle.

High speed disperser is mainly used to crush and disperse slurry liquid raw materials of different viscosity. Through the high speed rotation of the dispersing disc, the strong shearing impact and friction between the material and the dispersing disc can be produced to achieve the functions of rapid dissolution, uniform mixing and dispersing.

Features

Dual shaft design, two independently-driven agitators：high speed disperser + low speed frame mixer with PTFE wall scraper;

Hydraulic Lifting: the mixing head is raised and lower to the mixing position by an oil hydraulic lift.

While running, the butterfly agitator can go up and down.

Applications

High Efficiency

The mixer consist of double planetary paddles, high speed disperser and wall scraper. The double planetary paddles mix the material fully and push the mixture to the edge of the dispersing disc and the scraper remove the mixture from the inner vessel. Such combination enchance the mixing efficiency greatly. Jacket tank can pass heating or cooling medium, which can improve the mixing efficiency especially for high viscous material.

The human-machine interface makes the operation easy and convenience.The function display and operation of the speed regulation, temperature display , spotlight, and lifting are all conducted on the touch screen.
Durable

Use industrial three-phase asynchronous motor, it can run for a long time. The wetted material is stainless steel 304. And SS316L is optional.
