The Double shaft mixing vessel is usually for big batch production and installed in platfrom. It includes an Anchor agitator and a High Speed Disperser.
The dispersing disc in the middle rotates at a high speed and has a high linear velocity, which rapidly dissolves the powder in liquid and prevents them from agglomeration. The anchor feeds product into the high speed disperser blade and ensures that the mixture is constantly in motion. The anchor with scrapers remove materials from the interior vessel walls to enhance the mixing efficiency. Both agitators are available for variable speed operation.
