Vacuum Hydraulic Lifting Double Shaft Dispersing Mixer

Description

The Double Shaft Mixer includes an Anchor agitator and a High Speed Disperser.

The dispersing disc in the middle rotates at a high speed and has a high linear velocity, which rapidly dissolves the powder in liquid and prevents them from agglomeration. The anchor feeds product into the high speed disperser blade and ensures that the mixture is constantly in motion. The anchor with scrapers remove materials from the interior vessel walls to enhance the mixing efficiency. Both agitators are available for variable speed operation.

Concentric shaft design, two independently-driven agitators：high speed disperser + low speed frame mixer with PTFE wall scraper;

Hydraulic Lifting: the mixing head is raised and lower to the mixing position by an oil hydraulic lift.

Applications

It’s suitable for middle to big batch production for material dissolving, mixing, blending, reaction and other production processes in chemical industries such as putty, paint, ink, pigment, gel, resin and etc.

Competitive Advantage

High Efficiency

The mixer consist of two impellers: One high speed disperser in the middle and outer anchor frame type with PTFE scraper. The anchor paddle push the material to the edge of the dispersing disc and the scraper remove the mixture from the inner vessel. Such combination enchance the mixing efficiency much more compared with one single paddle structure. Jacket tank can pass heating or cooling medium, which can improve the mixing efficiency especially for high viscous material.
Easy to operate and convenience.

It’s with digital speed display. The PLC touch screen is also optional. This machine use hydraulic lifting and the lifting is stable and safe. The mixer can be easily raised and lowered by button or touch screen. With frequency converter, the speed can be easily adjusted according to the process needs.
Durable

Use industrial three-phase asynchronous motor, it can run for a long time. The wetted material is stainless steel 304. And SS316L is optional.
